FALL
12 WEEKS
Hybrid In-season/Offseason programming focusing on arm care, mobility, explosive strength & power development, speed, agility, and rotational power.
WINTER
12 WEEKS
Offseason programming focusing heavily on arm care, mobility, max strength & power development, plus linear speed and lateral quickness.
SPRING
12 WEEKS
In-season programming focusing heavily on mobility, arm care, injury prevention, and rotational power.
SUMMER
16 WEEKS
Hybrid In-season/Offseason programming focusing on building 'work capacity', setting 'the base' strength & performance volume & intensity for the following training season.
