DATA DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT
Every athlete starts with a full swing assessment using Blast Motion Swing Sensors.
Our process for building the complete hitter takes into considering swing path, barrel speed, exit velocity and more.
Throughout the program we meticulously track data and make adjustments.
YEAR ROUND HITTING DEVELOPMENT
FALL
12 weeks
Focusing on mechanical adjustments and bat & hand speed metrics.
WINTER
12 weeks
Building on mechanical adjustments and metrics. Live AB's and game situations.
SPRING
12 weeks
Peaking the swing. Focusing on mental approach, in game hitting adjustments, pitch recognition, live ABs and game simulations.
SUMMER
16 weeks
Focusing on power & speed metric development, mechanical adjustments via video analysis.
